Reporting to the CEO and leading the company's revenue through the commercial department (Sales, Tele sales, Business Development, Operation & CS)
•Responsible for setting financial & annual targets, budget development and monitoring the achievements
•Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
•Oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected (Marketing, budgeting, pricing, operation, and development) to support the brand and marketing strategy.
•Leading the Business Development team acquiring new business (research, pricing, planning & executing)
•Reviewing & approving the marketing plan as per the budget allocation (BTL & ATL) and monitoring the execution progress.
•Overseeing product development, identifying new market opportunities, determining the optimal pricing to balance profit with customer/client satisfaction, and directing marketing operations.
•Maintain a consistent trajectory of growth, while avoiding obstacles that arise from a constantly shifting market.
•Manage and oversee several teams, whose duties span a variety of departments within the organization.
•Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
•Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
•Coach, lead, develop and select qualified partners capable of developing and executing a business opportunity to deliver our product to the clients.
•Manage all aspects of the due diligence process including but not limited to feasibility studies,

•Overview and monitor the Facility & Property Management Team Day to day workflow (Maintenance, Security, Landscape, Parking, Cleaning, Marketing, Leasing & Tenant mix)
•Evaluate the project in terms of preliminary design & building programming, general contractor sourcing, construction estimate evaluation, and overall project feasibility relating to construction and implementation
•Reviewing & approving the marketing plan as per the budget allocation (BTL & ATL) and monitoring the execution progress.

•Develop the projects design brief covering the project's vision, usages, targeted areas, products mix and architectural look and feel.
•Maintain high-level of project development schedule for the duration of the project and report project status to CEO at requested intervals.

•Leading the Business Development to acquire new business (research, pricing, planning & executing)
•Regular tenants' meetings & track performance (Improve tenant's productivity & resolve issues)

Direct reporting to the VP and Leading 3 teams of (sales team, Operation, and investment).
•Manage / develop / maintain strong relationships with the department parties: Sales team, investment, Operation and the client for continued business growth; especially with the C-Levels (CEO, CFO, CBO and COO), ensured by their references and customer satisfaction level
•Create and develop annual plans, targets and the annual department budget.
•Develop and lead the steady teams to achieve the target and maintain exist portfolio.
•Organize regular meetings with all pension teams and evaluate the performance VS KPI's.
•Monitor the progress in achieving the targets and the quality of the portfolios as well as client's satisfaction.
•Monitor and coach the business eficiency through diferent channels (Brokers and Agency Units).
•Create strategic business plans for the division matching company business goals according to the market dynamic growth stages
•Develop eficient relations with our stakeholders to insure the workflow eficiency and support plan improvement.
•Review financial analysis to set program priorities and drive programs to meet revenue and profit targets along with Quarterly reviews with the EMEA senior management.
