• Scope of work included : Application of Coating, Lining, Galvanizing & Metalizing, Insulation, for Onshore and Offshore structures, Tanks, above / underground Piping, , Marine platforms & accessories, for various types of substrates : Steels, Stainless Steels,
• Types of Coating include: Wide range of Generic types of Liquid Paints (External, Internal), , Pipelines Coating, Tank & Vessel Lining,
• Method of Application included: Spraying (Air, Airless and Plural Component Spray Systems), Field and Shop Application.
• Experience of ALL Coating Inspection Instruments / Gages and Test kits in level of using (as inspector) that includes: Climatic Conditions gages and measurements. DFT Magnetic / Ultrasonic Gages and measurements. Surface visible cleanliness comparators. Surface profile gages. Surface Contaminations Test Instruments, Surface Temperature Thermometers, Pinholes, Holiday and Discontinuity Testers of Dry applied Coats. Adhesion Testers of Dry applied Coats.
• Experience of Technical ASTM, ISO, SSPC, NACE and BS standards related to Coating Industry.
• Experience in various International Specifications e.g. AGIP, AMOCO BP, UHDE, TOTAL, etc.
• Coating Survey &Assessment and Maintenance Plans.
