Provides QA and QC services for Saudi Aramco throughout the various phases of the project, i.e., design review, document review, material receiving, fabrication, installation and commissioning activities. Performing Inspection for all hold points, witness points, surveillance and material receiving inspections. Approval of contractor’s QA/QC personnel.
Performing regular focus assessments of the Contractor Quality System, violations reporting,
and involvement in commissioning activity, mechanical completion and final walk-through.
Highlight to management team any potential non-conforming material, product or work to avoid
re-work. Report in a timely manner any quality or technical deficiency through the QMIS (LBE).
Support the Inspection Unit Supervisor in categorizing the nonconformance work and equipment deficiency report.
Duties Undertaken in Non-Hazardous Areas: Installation, inspection, testing and commissioning
of equipment such as motors, valves, process instruments, electrical enclosure, instrument
enclosure, fire and gas detection instrument, electrical skid, switch racks, cranes, conduit, cable
tray, cable, wiring, grounding, lighting system, receptacles, medium voltage transformers, high
voltage transformers, low voltage switch gear, medium voltage switch gear, high voltage switch gear, LV circuit breakers, MV circuit breakers, motor control Centre, power system
protection/control system, battery, battery charger, helideck lighting, navigational aid lighting,
high integrity protection system, MEG Skid, variable frequency drive, power system automation, electrical submersible skid, impressed current cathodic protection, electrical panel boards, instrument packaged unit, remote terminal unit, HVAC system and communication equipment.
Duties undertaken in Hazardous Areas: Installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of explosion protected equipment such as motors, valves, process instruments, electrical enclosure, instrument enclosure, conduit, cable, wiring, lighting system, fire and gas detection instrument, electrical skid, switch racks, cranes, panel boards, LV circuit breakers, emergency receptacles, instrument packaged unit, MPFM, emergency shutdown panels, chemical injection skid, multi-phase flow meter, hydraulic power unit and communication equipment.
