Job description:
• oversees all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets.
• responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles.
• primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations.
• responsible for assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair of fleet vehicles.

• Direct supervision, hiring and evaluating the work of employees as a first-line supervisor.
• Develops and administers vehicle/equipment asset management processes from procurement to disposition.
• Responsible for all aspects of operation for a full-fledged vehicle maintenance facility and one satellite equipment repair shop.
EXPERIENCE:
- Maintains a customer satisfaction programing & ensures that CSI meets the target laid by the company.
- Manages departmental expenses & ensures net profit as set by the company.
- Manage parts department to ensure smooth supply of parts at highest Rate.
- Manage and follow up spare parts orders from suppliers.
- Manage spare parts stoke.
- Maintains the employee satisfaction & motivation.
- Holds regular meetings with service staff & group meetings for solving operational problems.
- Monitors warranty claims processing.
- Actively participate in Group meetings with other department's heads.
- Initiates work keeping system & procedures.
- Set and executes the service marketing plans.
- Ensures that all sections in the service center are operating smoothly according to company policy & procedures.
- Assist & manages complains handling.
- Ensures that all sections in the service center are operating according quality control police & procedures set by company.
- Ensures proper utilization of all the service facilities & maintains equipment

- Ensures that CSI meets the target laid by the company.

- Maintains proper workshop loading & co-ordination between groups & workshop zones.
- Controls the job flow inside workshop.
- Ensures chief technicians are following quality control police &procedures& is fully responsible for total service quality.
- Assists service advisor & chief technician to diagnose complicated repairs.
- Assists technical advisor & chief technicians in solving hi-tech problem repairs.
- Studies technical information & service bulletins& explain to chiefs & technicians.
- Ensures equipment & tools availability & effective utilization
- Ensures proper utilization of all service facilities.
