Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations:
o Prospect for new business in line with ACK CT Marketing Plan.
o Meet agreed sales targets.
o Provide pre-contract and after sales service and support to clients.
o Promote ACK CT programs within the corporate community and refer potential leads for allocation.
o Coordinate with ACK CT team on flow of execution of the programs and the time needed
o Develop business relationships with businesses within identified industry sectors.
o Recommend and develop appropriate promotional point of sales tools.
o Prepare the workflow based on the scope of work and budgets
o Liaise with allocated Corporate Clients to build the relationship and encourage additional business.
o Assist with the organization and participation in promotional events.
o Follow up the postpone of programs analyze the reasons and plan the new schedule after coordinating with the right team
o Participate in the preparation of promotional materials for exhibitions.
o Proactively seek to support other team members to ensure quality targets and deadlines are met.
o Preparing proposal with the schedule and cost along with the technical received from L&D
o Assess training needs through interviews\ handle and monitor financial matters related to training courses such as program fees, venue costs, catering, and trainer allowances
Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
Follows the rules and regulations.
