ISO/IEC 17025 implementation, documentation and control: - Preparation of Quality manual, Standard operating procedures (SOPs) other quality formats and documents.
Preparation of Uncertainty budget, CMC, Calibration procedures, reports and all documents as per ISO 17025.
Calibration of Test and Measurement Equipment - Temperature, Pressure, Mass, Dimensional, Force and Volumetric glassware.
Internal audit, Root causes analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Verification - Soil and Asphalt testing lab equipment.
Knowledge of physical testing related to Impact, Color, Hardness, Thermal, Density, Electrical & Mechanical parameters.

Computer skills - MS Office, Preparation of spreadsheets for uncertainty calculation, Uncertainty calculation software and tools.
Accomplishments and Records:
Established ISO 17025 accreditation for the calibration laboratory.
Prepared the Quality Manual, Standard operation procedures (SOPs), Uncertainty budgets and all other documents and formats as per ISO 17025.
Purchased the instruments and reference standards.
Prepared the Calibration Procedures and Work Instructions.
Framed the scope and CMC for the Calibration Laboratory.
Recruited engineers and technicians and provided the training.
Re-organized all the existing laboratory activities and documents in compliant with ISO 17025.
Attended the ISO audits of the Calibration Laboratory (As Technical Manager).
Solved the Non-conformances raised by the accreditation body in the audit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementing Quality Policy of the Organization by - Quality Assurance on purchase of service and supplies, preparing periodical Quality Reports & monitoring Non Conformances.
Performing Certification and Calibration of all engineering precision measuring equipment within the scope according to international / client specifications.
Monitoring the Quality of Testing and Calibration work by dealing with customer complaints, Internal Quality Checks, preventive maintenance, Inter-laboratory Comparison etc.
Preparation of uncertainty budgets in Tests and Calibrations.
Ensuring traceability of Instruments and maintaining documents.
Creating and documenting Work and Preventive maintenance & conducting training.
Performing electrical and analytical tests (Break down voltage, Kinematic viscosity, Tan Delta, Specific resistance, Flash point, Interfacial tension, Acidity, Water content, Sediments and Sludge, SK Value, Density) on transformer oil.
Assembling and repairing of measurement and process control equipment like RTD sensors, Temperature indicators, controllers, data loggers and recorders.
Installing sensors, indicators and controllers for large HVAC systems.
Temperature mapping.
Calibration, repairing and adjustment of indicators and controllers.
