Developing and driving an effective Recruitment Channel Management Strategy for the business ensuring best in class talent for the organization at optimum cost. This includes articulating and implementing an effective strategy for driving performance of the recruitment function through channels like Search firms, Referrals, Social Media, Job boards etc.

Handling the Vendor Management process, set the deadlines to all the vendors/monitoring their performance on quarterly basis.

Recruitment of all levels of candidates (Operation Departments and Support Services Departments).

Volume Recruitment - International recruitment through recruitment campaigns in potential markets.

Managing business relationships with local and international executive search firms.

Conducting interviews for the shortlisted candidates with the concerned line manager and finalizing the selection.

Administering psychometric test for senior level candidates - (ART, CRTB, CTB, 15FQ)

Maintaining accurate update to date recruitment progress reports.

Reviewing and updating job descriptions.

Managing a team of 3 recruitment administrators and 2 recruitment assistants

Perform staff appraisal every 6 months and take/recommend necessary action to rectify any skill deficiency.
Propose salary increments based on employees’ performance evaluation and the salary scale.
Prepare the yearly budget for the HR Department based on manpower planning and HR operational expenses.
Maintaining the Employee Database.
Coordinating with PROs for applying and renewing Employment visa, Visit Visa, Work Permits, Visa Medical Test etc.
Settling the internal disputes arising within the employees
Preparation of Internal Office letters (IOLs)
Issuing warning letters to the employees who violate the rules and regulation of the Company
Conduct Exit Interview Evaluation for resigning employees
