Job & Responsibilities:
✓ Execute assistance functions to help manage a showroom.
✓ Display showroom products and merchandize in a pleasing and attractive manner.
✓ Answer and respond to customer inquiries on showroom products and
demonstrate products to the customers.
✓ Maintain and manage showroom premises neat and clean.
✓ Follow and implement schedule of opening and closing of showroom.
✓ Assist and coordinate with other showroom staff and assistants.
✓ Assist showroom management in their administrative tasks.
✓ Handling service/faulty items, customer complaints, solving the problems and
coordinating with the customer care manager to ease the issue.
✓ Give feedback to the Division Manager regarding Range & Assortment Planning.
✓ Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock. Monitoring the

✓ On daily basis checking the stock level and request the stock from the warehouse
