• Minimize the supply risk by providing risk assessment and risk management.
• Manage material specification within the factory through real-time follow-up during packaging operations.
• Establish a method to proactively monitor all the process and packing on a daily basis and the issues are addressed on a day-to-day basis.
• Investigate all major NCR’s, repeating minor NCR’s. And take preventive measures in this regard to avoid recurrence of cases
• Investigated and reported all major complaints received from the market and consumer with corrective actions.

• Analyze all minor complaints on a weekly and monthly basis and trend them and present to management and department heads to show the preference area for action to contain the complaints.
• Establish an action plan to review the corrective actions on all major NCR’s and quality failures. and the development of preventive measures for it to prevent its recurrence
• Verification and validation of new equipment, process and products.
Develop a preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the equipment
• Ensure the effectiveness of processes critical to quality and provide QMS awareness training to appropriate personnel on site
• Conduct investigations, Quality awareness and training programs to drive continual improvement, across the plant.
