Oversee project design development and execution under direction of managing director. Collaborate with teams comprised of junior architects, contractors, and support staff in developing design concept to ensure successful delivery of projects in line with client specifications. Verify deigns comply with set budget parameters. Liaise with team in space planning, furniture layouts, defining project scope, estimating budgets, and selecting materials. Visit project sites and perform inspections, tracking project progress to ensure adherence to specifications, and industry quality standards. Develop schematic drawings, detail design drawings, specifications, bid packages, and project schedules. Guarantee projects comply with zoning, environmental, statutory, and safety requirements through actively engaging various control bodies. Assess technical shop drawings, material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and review project manager/contractor prices.

 Successfully transformed TAMM branches project from shell & core into high quality & turnkey project in 45 days.
 Skillfully designed and coordinated development project for government Financial Audit Authority headquarters office project with space spanning 1, 600 sqm over six-month period in Dubai.
 Coordinated design and execution of Municipal Community Center project with two floor levels taking up total space averaging 1, 200 sqm in 120 days in Abu Dhabi.
 Designed and submitted Al Dhafrah Petroleum Company project with full design package including ID, MEP, FF&E in 120 days in Abu Dhabi.
 Participated in INSEAD training center project with two numbers of floor levels covering on average 3, 200 sqm, from design phase, trough to design execution over three-month period in Abu Dhabi.

Managed all project life cycle activities made up of mentoring junior architects, interpreting, and reviewing complex designs.
