Projects Engineer

1- Familiar with NFPA & Civil Defense regulations, SCD, DCD, FCD.
2- Attending CD Inspection & Weekly meetings with Client
3- Review Estimated Cost of Projects & Compare with Prepared Full BOQs.
4- Follow up design & Material submission, and insure Approval Obtained from Client prior submission SDW to CD.
5- Control, Monitor and supervise the work activity and insure MSRA & RA Followed at site.
6- Insure Final Handover & Training Sessions done with Client & Maintenance Team.
7- Maintain Communication Channels between overall teams.
8- Prepare Project Schedule, Manpower & Activity Duration.
9- Prepare Project Weekly/Monthly Progress Report.
10- Request Approved Material as per project schedule and maintain budget.
11- Preparing Breakdown and obtaining approved invoices from clients as per project progress.
