• Primary responsibility is to promote the profitable sale of measurement products.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new accounts with business potential.
• Coordinate project information with other departments and sales offices.
• Coordinate sales information with product specialists.
• Provide clear information to inside sales for quotation.
• Increase customer knowledge of measurement products.
• Develop and assist in the specification of measurement products.
• After sale follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and take ownership of their resolution.
• Identify when to involve product specialists in sales pursuit.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• The outside sales position will have overall account responsibility in a given territory.
• To continually develop existing account relationships, and identify and secure new accounts.
• Primary customer contacts you responsible for generating clean inquiries that can be efficiently handled by inside sales.
• Clean repeat business is the primary objective.
• The outside salesman will be comfortable in a hard hat and boots assisting operations and maintenance with
applications, as well as be able to conduct formal presentations to management.
• Operate to company QA procedures / documents. Contribute to department QA procedures / documents.
• Make aware to the any manager or Quality Manager or delegate any working with in a procedure.
• which is found to be impractical or forward to the same persons any ideas or comments which
they fell may be beneficial to the development of company procedures.
• Reporting to ENTRAG General Manager.
• Responsible for selling automation systems (SCADA and DCS) - Process Systems & Solutions Division.
• Responsible for Oil &Gas and Petrochemicals sectors.
• Preparing sales plan according to Quota \ Target.
• Generating new business opportunities.
• Making site visits.
• Preparing commercial offers.
• Coordinating with Pre-Sales Department preparing technical offers.
• Following up with existing and new customers.
• Linking between customer and purchasing department in case of complains or delay.
• Handling existing and new customer complains.
• Preparing monthly sales reports.
