• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimize downtime.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Analyzing the P Factor, A factor and OEE (Overall equipment efficiency) for process improving and development.
• Support purchase department in ensuring vendor / subcontractor are manufacturing the products according to product specification within the desired cost.
• Proficient in managing HVAC project sites, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Designing duct system and drafting duct layouts in accordance with building plans, Optimizing air distribution and energy efficiency.
• Experienced in effectively handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
