- Training new candidates in the CSS systems and leading them to implement the systems effectively within each site.
- Training sales staff the new systems like Conventional CSS and Pre-Sell CSS and putting a well structured hierarchy chain of command for both systems.
- Each person is responsible and accountable to different site managers and areas that we have been coordinating with them the implementation of the project according the deadlines and meeting those deadlines.
- Implementing a systemized structure (especially for MDC’s) for each site to meet specific deadlines and accomplished a well structured MDC hierarchy chain of command in each site ( Trained Account developers, Account Handlers and MDC Managers)
- Giving Presentations to new candidates on all CSS materials.
- Establishing reporting cycles that did not exist in the company and following up with its implementations from all different levels of the company.
