Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling
project elements.
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and
plans and conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases
and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and
reviewing bids from contractors.
Controls project costs by approving expenditures and
administering contractor contracts.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing
procedures, rules, and regulations.
Perform drafting according to specifications; ensured compliance
with all
project QA procedures and requirements
Contacting with the consultant, directing peoples and different
involved
group in each phase of the project.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress &
evaluating as per the planned schedules.
Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
Preparation of bar bending schedule, B.O.Q's, subcontractor bills
and
etc.,
act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for
subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
set out, level and survey the site
check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
ensure that all materials used and work performed are in
accordance with the specifications
oversee the selection and requisition of materials
agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and
proposals for the intended project
Preparing reports, designs and drawings.
• Making calculations about loads and stresses.
• Selecting appropriate construction materials.
• Providing technical advice
• Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval.
Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to
methods, quality and safety.
Execute steel as per approved structural design.
Study of the related documents such as drawings, plans etc.,
Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns,
beams, walls and slabs etc.
Checking the Quality of steel and grade of concrete as per
structural requirement.
