Job description in details
- Managing the new / renew visas for the employees. - Updating the data of the employees on the company system - Collect and submit the necessary documents for new offer letter, work permit, labor contract, change designation, correction, and other labor applications which submitted online or manually in the labor office. - Collect and submit the necessary documents for new entry permit, renew, visa stamp, family holding, cancellation, and other applications which belongs to Immigration online and manually.
-Collect and submit the necessary documents for the commercial license renew, change activities, add activities, and remove activities, change sponsor, and other applications for the economic department.
6- Collect the necessary approvals from municipality for deferent applications
- Organizing chamber of commerce for the different certificates.
- Dealing with land department, civil defense, police stations, courts, police stations, traffic fines, airports, Etisalat, DEWA, RERA and banks for the necessary requirements which maintained by the company.
-Collect and submit the necessary documents for visit visa in consulates and embassies
-Collect and submit the documents for Ejari.
