Managing five employees (warehouse operators and database administrators).
Performing standard maintenance procedures (SMP) for two wastewater treatment plants with a total capacity (1000, 000 m3/day) and equipped with two power generation units (5 dual fuel WARTSILA generators with 2.3 MW capacity and 5 CATERPILLAR generators with 4 MW).
Carrying out KPIs reports for the completion of PM rate, work requests closure rate, MTBF and availability for critical equipment, wrench time, emergency works hours, etc., and store transaction (In, Out, Balance). Managing three warehouses, comprising mechanical, electrical, and safety spare parts/ equipment, as well as lubricants and oils.
Following up on the purchase requests, coding system, and critical SP min/max via CMMS. Handling receiving offshore shipments and overseeing.
Participate in the risk assessment of preventive maintenance that meets quality standards (QHSE). Reinforce warehouses: managing the inventory process constantly to maintain accurate value, and to implement the MRO management.
Managing 15 (operators and truck drivers) on wastewater treatment plant O&M (500 000 m3/day), including: screw pumps 400 Kw 3.15 Kv, KSB centrifugal, high pressure, and seepex cavity pumps, as well as continental air blowers 710 Kw 3.15 Kv, Hibon air blowers, and biogas compressors (MPR), equipped with one power generation unit (5 dual fuel WARTSILA generators).
Carry out the standard operation procedures (SOP) as per the maintenance preventive schedule.
Handling and following up on work requests for plant issues by CMMS. Handling the preventive and corrective procedures activities.
Handling the refuse collection of sand, grease, and rubbish.
Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance as per the schedule. Monitor and control the plant or asset using the SCADA system.
