•Promoted from Lower Line Shift Superintendent. Was responsible for Cold End, Warehouse, and Shipping operations.

•Responsible for shift management of furnace drain through heat-up during 2008 repair.
•Selected as a member of Guardian’s Heat-Up Team to assist Egyptian Float Glass (EGC) from
