1. Serves as the principal Point of Contact (POC) for all KMSCo employees and its subcontracts to ensure a cultural compliance with TIPs and FAR prime contract requirements.
2. Develops and maintains a comprehensive Compliance Plan, in strict compliance with FAR clause as updated, to include identifying performance risks susceptible to trafficking of persons. The plan shall be based on the size and complexity of the contract, to include the subcontract(s) and the number employed and/or expected to be employed under the contract/subcontract.
3. Ensure the Compliance Plan is understood and implemented by Program Management and employees and all subcontractors providing labor, to prevent any prohibited activities as identified in the FAR clause.
4. Review our Compliance Plan annually and modify as required and ensure proper certifications, to include reviewing subcontractor compliance plans, to ensure adequate monitoring procedures and due-diligence that no employee, agent, subcontract or subcontract employee is engaging in prohibited activities; and ensure that; should any abuses be found that appropriate remedial and referral actions have been promptly taken.
5. Develop metrics for inclusion in the Compliance Plan based on risk assessments.
6. Conduct regular audits of KMSCo and its subcontractors TIPs compliance based on risk assessment. Based on results of risk assessment, certain providers may require heightened pre-contract due diligence as well as increased post-contract monitoring.
7. Conducts regular interviews and inspections at housing facilities used by KMSCo and its subcontractors as to TIPs compliance to include all CENTCOM and local ASG regulations.
8. Engage all key personnel to fully understand the risks faced by KMSCo and its subcontractors in non-compliance with the Compliance Plan.
9. Conduct periodic training to KMSCo employees and its subcontractors on TIPs compliance and ramifications of non-compliance.
10. Review subcontractors hiring practices and use of recruiters, to include payment of any fees
11. Provides guidance and assistance to personnel on current state of the art principals, practices and procedures to be employed, and quality of work expected and tools and materials to be used.
12. Plans work schedules, sequence of operations and distribution of work. Instructs on new or changed procedures and assists with resolving problems.
13. Review Attendance and Overtime to ensure employees receive all benefits IAW KLL.
14. Coordinate with USG & Prime Contractors CTIPs teams for inspections and audits.
15. Assist HR and perform other duties and assignments as required.
