1- Monitor time and attendance management records and provides reports as needed.
2- Enroll new employees to the attendance management system and issuing employee card.
3- Update the attendance management system with all kind of leaves and highlight any violations related to attendance.
4- Responsible for filling HR related documents.
5- Receive and dispatch internal memos addressed to the HR Director.
6- Open new employee files and maintain personnel records ensuring timely and accurate records.
7- Maintains an updated computerized and manual personal record for each employee.
8- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
9- Keep record relating to all recruitment activities.
10- Handling the obligatory health insurance (Work Injuries) and acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
11- Assist in communication and implementation of all HR policies and initiatives.
12- Responsible for employee’s files.
13- Responsible for salary and experience certificates.
14- Answering employee requests and questions.
15- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes.
16- Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.
17- Coordinate the company field visits.
1- Compile data, statistics and other information and may conduct research and browsing in the internet.
2- Create and update databases and excel spreadsheets.
3- Supervise and train other staff in procedures and in use of current software with sticking to the company policies and procedures.
4- Order office supply and maintain inventory.
5- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filling system.
6- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentation, brochures, and publican related materials.
7- Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting of the CEO.
8- Answer phone calls and e-mails and reply with follow up.
9- Record and prepare minutes of meeting and follow up with the board members and the company departments with the agreed proper actions.
10- Arrange travel schedule & Hotel and Flight reservations.
11- Co-ordinate the company project abroad. Working as a contact point for the company’s “Ard Alayat and Dream farms” projects in Egypt.
12- Helping in organize company events
13- Share holder registrar update
1- Supervise team member’s performance. Front line and back line on daily basis.
2- Distribute work between team members.
3- Make sure that all products are prepared as per quality standard.
4- Coordinate with restaurant management in receiving raw material.
5- Maintain a preventive maintenance for tools and equipment. Coordinate with maintenance department to handle any problems.
6- Spread team work spirit with all team members.
7- Make sure that all staff have a valid health card.
8- Sales forecasting.
9- Sales analysis.
10- Salaries analysis.
11- Ordering through Stock par level system.
12- Inventory (daily - weekly - monthly).
13- Scheduling through manual method and par schedule system.
14- Comment card analysis.
15- Handling customer complains.
16- Maintaining operation standard 24/7.
17- Staff training and training schedule.
