I'm a seasoned Sales Manager with over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry. I've spent the last year assisting in the growth of The Yellow Boats Abu Dhabi by establishing business partnerships and developing business opportunities with new clients.
Responsible for selling, organizing and preparing tour packages, selling company transportation, and admission to entertainment activities to individuals and groups, planning trip itineraries. Book reservations with suppliers for, rental cars, tours and excursions. Offer advice on destinations and make tour arrangements for clients.

I used to represent the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay. A typical day as a hotel Guest Service Agent, involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, handling guests’ payments and invoices, while accommodating any special requests.
Maintain good working relationship with all Front Office employees with particular emphasis on Front Desk Agents and Guest Services, supervise all Front Desk employees ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner, Administering check-ins and check-outs. Providing front desk services to guests. Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
