Manage complete Export Operations & Logistics for shipments. Study and analyse export sales, Trying to open new markets, Corresponding with customers, Monitoring all inbound and outbound activities of the client. Ensuring all information on inbound and outbound activity is coordinated throughout each department. Watching the production site to ensuring all requests of the client are met accurately and within the time scale set. Shipping & freight arrangement, Documentation, Customs & clearance inventory control & data processing billing for the client. Manage complete Export and LC documentations.
Responsibilities: Manage the full shipping process starting from reviewing the proforma invoice before sending to customer to choose the right payment term and delivery schedule, contacting the customer to discuss the shipping plan, putting the delivery plan with the production department to be timely convenience with the shipping schedule, putting monthly shipping budget, finding the best service providers to insure the highest accuracy in product delivery, helping in the making of the exhibition plan for every year, preparing the shipping documents according to L/C terms and make the negotiation with the bank, Establish export documentation requirements for individual countries.
Follow up each shipment with the customer so I can make sure that he is satisfied and troubleshoot any problem he may faced.
manage the transportation of the materials for CEMIX (Assutte Cement) by the trains & trucks from the factory site till the export port
Accounting training in Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, General operations, Preparing journal entries, monthly closings and financial statements
New trends for documentary credit towards UCP600
