Review and approval of design documentation, technical specifications and analyses in my area of
responsibility. This includes determining the necessary scope, completeness and quality of the
documentation
Participation in supplier evaluation and technical assessment audits
Preparation of project procedures
Provide and lead day to day support to the operations resolving materials and equipment issue thoroughly to
route cause. Ensure all facilities issues that stop operations are responded too quickly. Carry out this within a
timely manner to minimise the impact on operations
Prepare and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration schedules, for assigned vehicle & equipment
Prepare and maintain health and safety paperwork for equipment and processes within the processing areas.
Maintain effective customer relations through service quality and timeliness of inspection services by
addressing customer concerns and involving management as required.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective
customers
Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
Suggest and perform equipment improvements ensuring all improvements are documented.
