Monitor & Support to Resolve Trouble Tickets
* Optical Fiber(RTN-9xx series) Monitoring live Network on NMS (U2000)
* BSCs & BTS Monitoring of live Network on NMS (M2000)
* Escalation of BSC & BTS Trouble Tickets for Major and Minor faults
* Provide Complete Support to resolve Trouble Tickets
* Escalation of Optical Fiber Trouble Tickets
* Provide Complete Support to resolve Trouble Tickets
* Microwave Links Commissioning through (U2000, T2000)
* Media Commissioning by Soft loop(Local Line, Connection Loops)
* E1 troubleshooting in coordination with BSS, NSS
* Analysis of TCH Availability, TCH in service Rate, KPI’s Measurement, SDCCH Availability, CSSR Rate Zero Traffic and
Fluctuation of BTSs
* Hourly Reporting to (Corporate Officer, Manager, Various TLs)
* Day Reporting to (Corporate Officer, Manager, Various TLs
