Plan, execute and control all type of administrative duties including personnel management, facility, event management. To accomplish and look after all the secretarial business of senior officers including supervising official staffs, Personal Assistants, management and upkeep of pool of staff vehicle and its staffs. Secretarial management and maintenance and upkeep of Computers and all electronic gadgets. Maintenance and control of vendors including local purchase and local repair conducts. Maintenance of amicable working environment to the staffs by providing welfare and facilitation. Planning and execution of training, promotion, replacement, rehabilitation and leave of the staffs. Preparation of minutes, drafts correspondence in various issues. Coordination in making travel plans and arrangement of air/train tickets for transportation. Data maintenance electronically in computer in all programs connected with Windows, Data Base, Data processing using electronic tools. Proper accounting and maintenance of all types of accounts and auditing. Managed all administration related activities and tasks, monitored staff activity for performance and efficiency. Implementing new communication methods, assessed existing policies and procedures and improved them where necessary. Supervising and monitoring staff activity, working conditions, prepared consolidated administration related reports. Assisting in preparation of budget, documentation work, handled complex administration tasks & managed all complicated duties of organization in training, planning & monitoring of existing program and staffs.
