Responsible for JUHAYNA’s factories with HSE, Planning and control and Projects departments with a HC of 650 employees Main Tasks & responsibilities

Conducting interviews for any internal vacancy (Manufacturing and head office sector).
-Responsible for 3 plants, 2 farms and 20+ branches as HR BP. (Training, Recruitment, OD, and benefits)
-Responsible for technical and soft skills training in terms of getting the best training agencies with the highest quality and the lowest cost.
-Coordinating with the compensation and benefits in getting the best offer for the accepted candidates.
-Supervise the whole hiring process of White collars and Blue collars.
-Assisting in setting functional KPIs and competences according to pre-determined strategic objectives and group’s core values.
-Reviewing performance appraisal output and suggesting development plans accordingly.
-Developing career path in such a way which support preparing second line and raising employees’ morale.
-Assisting in creating & applying HR Policies and Procedures.
-Participate at recruiting events (Employment Fairs)
-Developing and updating organizational structures and manpower plans.
-Holding periodical communication meetings for maintaining effective communication channels with employees.
-Developing rewarding & recognition programs for raising employees’ morale and motivating superior performance.
-Screen & select the received resumes according to the Corporate’s approved Budget and selection criteria.
-Scheduling and conducting initial screening interviews for different business line positions.
-Provide administrative support to Human Resources department of the organization.
-Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests, interview questions for the organization, and maintain the internal Resumes’ Database.
-Participate at recruiting events (Employment Fairs)
-Supervise the whole hiring process of White collars and Blue collars.

-Monitoring monthly manpower cost VS Manpower budget.
-Standardizing manpower in each unit according to operating systems, automation and review periodically.
-Articulating succession plan for key positions in participation with sectors managers and fast trackers development program.

-Developing rewarding & recognition programs for raising employees’ morale and motivating superior performance.

-Responsible for extending & negotiating the offers for the accepted candidates.
-Manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process.
