•Manage HP regional account with all transaction responsibility Inbound, outbound, defective shipping, work on HP System and make Invoice for Good return parts.
•Responsible for 4 times cycle count per year.
•Ensure that all data relevant to an inbound and/or outbound order are received in a manner that will enable them to be processed and recorded in the appropriate system fields.
• Update customer inventory systems as per work instructions and maintained current.
•Escalate to line supervisor/manager any service failures caused by subcontractors or other DHL entities.
•Ensures that any discrepancies (quality/quantity) are highlighted correctly and in a timely manner reported to the customer and/or internal customer services and ELC management team.
•Where necessary performs pre-alert and pro-active track and trace.
•Uphold ISO 9002 & 14001 procedures within ELC as per policy to ensure compliance.
• Handle more than five global deals account Nokia Siemens regional Account, HP, Cisco, Oracle and Data domain.
• Responsible for more than 2000 inbound, outbound and shipping transaction per month.
• Support Nokia Siemens Subcontractors with strategic parts they order on-time and arrange delivery according to the deadline so they can maintain their Network.
• Follow-up stocks quantities and qualities.
• Manage order delivery schedules.
• Responsible for more than 15000 Strategic Spare Parts Processing.
• Collect faulty parts and organize the shipping process for those parts to Netherlands.
• Handle the daily tasks and daily mail requests from Nokia and DHL Logistics Center in Dubai.
• Record any inbound or outbound transaction on excel sheet and on logistics system.
• Perform cycle counts for the customers 6 times per year.
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis to sustain their inquiries.
• Manage and optimize warehouse to insurer that all centimeter were well used.
