Location : Alamein City

Responsibilities :-

Site supervision of the finishing of towers and service facilities in site.
Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
Setting out, leveling and surveying the site after coordination with survey team.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and Material approved from consultant.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and recommend remedial actions.
Lead team of Mid level and junior Engineers.

Project: Geothe institute and Daad project
Location : Dokki, Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities :-
*supervise finishing works since consh works to handover done by sub-contractors.
*supervise the finishing works like
-consh, painting, plumbing, electric, flooring ceramic or parquet, suspended ceiling and marble.
*submit orders for quantities and types required to operate the sites (cement, sand and bricks)
*prepare daily reports about contractors and the site works.
*prepare quantity survey sheets for the site works to be transformed into abstracts.
*prepare abstracts for contractors.
*oversee implementation for all steps of the Project according to time schedule.
*report, dial, e-mail with german consultant to make sure of all steps of the project according to the time schedule.
