Responsibilities:
• Monitor the overall inspection and testing schedule, Inspection & Test Plans and mobilization of inspectors in line with the construction schedule.
• Monitor QC Engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)) in performance of inspections and tests, ensuring the reporting and compiling quality records with regard to required field inspections.
• Liaise with Contractor's representative for field inspection and test schedules.
• Authorize inspection and test reports for submission to Contractors.
• Check purchase and subcontract requisitions and evaluates vendor and sub-contractor quotations to ensure adequate inspection and test for supply.
• Ensure the application of the QMS and the project requirements and requests production/revision where necessary.
• Review documentation including Subcontractors/Vendors to ensure quality requirements are documented prior to issue for approval.
• Review final handover documentation before handover.
• Participate in meetings with Subcontractors and ensures the same observe project quality requirements.
• Report QA activities of concern to the Project Manager/ QC Manager.
• Coordinate with the Site Construction Manager of all quality issues.

Responsibilities
• Supervise day to day site inspections, in coordination with the construction
team and make sure the site activities meet project requirements and the quality standards.
• Review all the projects specifications related to scope of work.
• Assure the full compliance of the executed works against the project
specifications and Quality control standards and procedures.
• Review/inspect all the delivered materials to ensure that they completely match.
with approved material (MTS) as well as the project specifications.
• Revise the Daily Inspection Request and submit it to the client.
• Coordinate with the client's inspection team for final & approved inspections.
• Assure that the inspectors on site are working in accordance with the latest drawings revision.
• Prepare Check list for any discrepancies or non-conformance activities to

• Check on Hold points.
• Issue NCR whenever a non-conformance has been found.

Scope: Infra Structure, Landscape, Staff Accommodation Building and Snag list for 10 Villas and 10 Chalets.
• Preparation of technical and financial proposals to be submitted to the client.
• Analysis of contracts terms and pinpointing possible risks.
• Negotiating sub-Contractors and suppliers for items, costs and contract
conditions.
• Comparing subcontractors offers based on exclusion and qualifications to
• provide a clear image of whom to base the price upon.
• Following up with projects progress and preparation of status reports
• Analysis and study of projects’ documents and pinpointing technical
conflicts to discuss with the design consultants and propose solutions.
• Managing the preparation of shop drawings and construction details according to the projects’ time schedules.
• Coordination of various construction disciplines.
• Negotiating sub-Contractors and suppliers for costs and contract conditions.
• Comparing subcontractors offers to provide a clear image for the operations
manager of whom to award the contract.
• Preparation of preliminary design drawings for customers’ approval.
• Quantity Surveying and preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Preparation of workshop drawings to the construction team.
• Following up the execution progress ensuring that it’s following scope and within time and budget.
• Doing subcontractors’ invoices.
• Preparation of periodical reports to the management about the work progress.
