Implement the QA/QC management system for corporate Head Office and project sites (Mill - Pasta - Carton).

Control of further processing of non-conforming products (Semolina, Pasta, Carton) until deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected.

Maintain a database of all quality reports, reviews, statistics and other documents for future use and reference.

Have responsibility and authority to manage a food safety team. Provides training and education to the food safety team members. By reviewing records to verify effective implementation and updating of the system.

Manage, Develop and Implement company Food Safety and Quality Assurance Programs (HACCP, SOP, GMP, GLP, GHP, Allergens, etc.).

Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting guide inspectors, technicians to ensure that standards are met and Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Manage the Integrated Pest Management System.

Coordinate with working team to be readiness for the surveillance audit, customer & consumer and authorities’ audits.

Evaluate the performance of the team and ensure the development of their skills in all matters related to quality.

Assessment of non-conformities and identification of root causes.

Lead as a food safety team leader to drive safety and hygiene improvement for products.

Maintains compliance with local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies (BRC / SEDEX (SMETA) / FSMA / GFSI / PCQI / ISO / Global GAP).

Achievements:

Establish a quality function from scratch by 10% till now.

Design a set of Specifications for all outgoing materials completed to 100% for all in April/2022.
