Create work orders and organize employee scheduling and shift work.
•Review and approve laboratory technicians' work of identifying samples, managing the process of sample preparation, and preserving samples.
•Coordinate with operations/field department staff to discuss implications of results of analysis.
•Review testing requirements to ensure that they are defined and has the ability to meet them.
•Supervise the calibration and maintenance of test equipment, and perform verification on test equipment.
•Make sure that all equipment were in good operational conditions, and reported any issues.

•Dispose any chemical products within the laboratory upon its expiry date.
•Manage employee performance evaluations, identify and resolve internal and external problems.
•Provide training to new laboratory employees, where completed successful training for 5 new laboratory employees.

• performed lab tests like Xylene soluble, additives and MFI on Polypropylene samples according to ASTM / ISO standards, operated all equipment in the laboratory such as GC (Varian 450), HPLC (Agilent 1200 series), ICP (Varian 710-OES), MFI (KARG), FT-IR (PerkinElmer), and NMR - Polymer Grade (minispec - Bruker), analysis of samples and report results to operation.
