With the following responsibilities:-
•Review of design drawings to ensure their compliance with SODIC PD requirements, local authorities’ codes & standers, master plan & original design intend.
•Preparation for all the finishing work tender packages in coordination with the designers & procurement department.
•Assess the procurement department in the technical evaluation of the finishing tender package.
•Manage the value engineering process for the finishing package & present design options.
•Follow up on all engineering & construction activities of the finishing contractors & report to the PM any potential risks in regard to cost, time & quality.
•Maintain all sample boards & color schemes for all finishing items in the project.
•Maintain a drawing log for the entire project & an updated red marked set of design drawings reflecting all issued RFI’s, DCN & VO’s.
•Ensure that all issued shop drawings are reflecting the latest information including all changes.
•Follow up with the supervision team on the review of contractor’s submittal & the quality of installation on site.
•Review of finishing contractor’s variation orders & claims & submit a complete assessment to the PM for final determination.
•Manage the coordination process between the Architecture activities & all other project trades.
•Manage the As-Built drawings preparation & review process.
•Assist the PM in handing over of all units to clients & end users.
Senior Quality Assurance & Handing over (2nd position)
With the following responsibilities:-
•Inspecting villas ready for handing over to rectify any snags & to reach the best quality according to engineering standards before handing over the unit to the clients.
•Handing over the inspected villas to the clients & to discuss any technical issues or any client comment found in the unit as to be listed & to be rectified in a fixed date to deliver the unit without any client comment.
•Following up any client snags after handing over the units.
•Solving some of the design issues according to client comments with other departments to reach solutions to achieve client satisfaction.
•Escalate the problems of the design issues or any miss coordination due to overlapping contractors work to the Tech. Top management & construction team.
•Coordinate with the consultant to accelerate the process of the client snags period to finish the snags.
•Project manager for SODIC mock up villas (totally finished villas) as to coordinate between the interior designer, consultant & Contractor to solve any issue in this process & to supervise on the work of all parties.
As a Senior Of Technical Department (1st position).
With the following responsibilities:-
•Clients meeting in the beginning of any project with a complete coordination with the consultants & Interior designers to get all the missing data about the project.
•Technical studding for the tender drawings of the project for the preparing of the project Qoutation.
•Shop drawings preparation for the projects with the supervision & the revising for the drawings finished by the Technical office team.
•Architectural & Electromechanical coordination.
•Propose the technical solutions for the problems appear at the site between the drawings & the site conditions.
•Progress control and performance monitoring and reporting
• Delivery & handing over for Villas at Allegria Compound.
As an Architect Site Engineer -Consultant Representative in SAFIR CAIRO HOTEL
Renovation Project (5 Star Hotel)

• Site supervision and Quality Control.
