• Read the drawing, material submittals, method of statement and take off for material as per
the drawing.
• Check the work accessibility.
• Pre task briefing to worker and foreman.
• Explain the foreman updated drawing, work plan and work sequence of work as per the site
superintendent advice.
• Arrange the material and manpower as per the plan requirement.
• To ensure the work completion as per the plan
• Coordination with the technical team to resolve the site technical issue
• Daily TQR checking, planning and progress update
• Raise IRWs and attend QC inspection to obtain the approval from consultant
• Keep the record inspection status, duct order and delivery details and drawing update
• Witnessing Water and Air Balancing activities, inspection with TAB team Third party
commissioning team (AJB) & with Site Consultant (AECOM)
• Prepare and Raise IRW on BIM 360 software for start up’s, Pre-commissioning and
commissioning activities
• Coordinate with all site commissioning team, TAB team, and Site Construction team for
smooth progress of T&C activities
• Prepare Daily tracker and week look ahead program and submit to Commissioning manager
and also attend meeting with commissioning team.

• Arrange site walk with all MEP contractors/Civil team/Management to avoid clashes
• Make daily report & planning for schedule works/ arrange site materials and report to senior
mechanical engineer.
• Coordinate/ follow up with site supervisors & foremen for all works daily basis.
• Monitor and coordinate the work of the sub-contractor.
• Make As-built as per site condition along with the help of a draftsman
• Responsible of Plan, Organize, Execution of piping fabrication and erection
Works
• Allocation of material, manpower and equipment for daily work activities
• Checking pipe fit up and pipe support as per isometric drawings.
• Raising MTO(s) for all materials required to additional materials for piping
Erection.
• Coordination of different site supervisors assigned to the project.
• Monitor and coordinate the work of the sub-contractor.
• Ensure the compliance with schedule, quality and safety of completion of works.
• Assume responsibility for direct communication with the client during the project
implementation and to final delivery.
• Help supervisors to solve problems and conflicts on site, Plan and monitor
Weekly team work.
