• Planning and supervision a large numbers of cementing operations.
• Performing all kind of Pressure testing.
• Maintenance of all cementing equipments.
• Recognize problems and take appropriate and timely corrective action.
• Operate all Cementing Equipments.
• Control bulk plant equipments.
• Prepare and test cementing head.
• Planning of crews and equipment for cement operations.
• Mix and Control additive for the job with proper procedure and order.
• Understanding of all cement laboratory testes such as Thickening time, free water, compressive strength and rheology tests.
• Perform and understand all cementing calculation (Volumes, Additives, hydrostatics...)
• Completed Key Service Quality Requirement Assessment Before the job.
• Compliance with the Company QHSE policies and standards.
• Prepare and keep accurate paperwork on delivery tickets, job reports, charts, and other similar administrative forms.
• Excellent communications with the client on the rig site.
• Available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs.
• Attend safety briefings and pre-job safety meeting and actively participate.
• Know and understand \[Company\] Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Operates all cement pumping and mixing equipment: blenders, liquid additive metering systems, centrifugal pumps, data acquisition systems, Automated systems, bulk cement blending, delivery, and storage systems, manifolding equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools. Equipment maintenance, rigging up & rigging down, Cementing Operations. Calculation volumes.
• Good knowledge software, Das View (Alan Bradley software)
• Pumping of fluids and all type of casing cement (30”, 18” 5/8, 13” 3/8, 9” 5/8, 7”, 7” liner, 4” ½ liner, acid, with snubbing and coiled tubing)
