Conduct specific studies in addition to standard studies.
Monitor the execution studies of "substation and 60kV lines" projects.
Ensure the monitoring of the execution of works for "substation and 60kV lines" projects until completion.
Manage the execution of works and perform corresponding tasks (inspection, measurements, settlements).
Ensure the follow-up on the resolution of all disputes with third parties during objections to works in progress and before
their transfer to the project owner.
Provide assistance to the SADEG project manager and GRTE project owner in the acceptance of works.
Rigorously monitor all matters related to the compensation of landowners whose properties are crossed by these works.
Ensure availability in terms of expertise and know-how.
Participate in the preparation and submission to the project owner of progress documents for all projects in the portfolio
(periodic reports, physical and financial reports, physical and financial balances, expenditure forecasts, closure
statements, closure act statements, and DGD statements).
Provide support and training for GRTE agents.

framework).
Development of Technical Specifications and sketches of the equipment required for projects.
Technical evaluation of material suppliers' bids.
Factory acceptance and evaluation of test reports related to line and/or electrical substation equipment.
Technical assistance for construction site works.
Preparation of progress reports for HTB projects "S-Curves, Progress, Forecast, VOWD, Cash Call, etc." for client
project reviews and/or internal management reviews.
