RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximized.
Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.
Deliver the work safely and without environmental incidents.
Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects.
Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, ITP’s and waste.
Management plans, in line with Company procedures.

Responsibilities:
Managing all site activities and finishing works (Excavation and Backfilling, Pilling, Foundation, Block works, Reinforcement, Shuttering, waterproofing system, pouring concrete, blockworks, Plastering, Painting, Gypsum board Ceiling, Steel fire doors, marble and granite cladding, Wooden doors installation, Ceramic works).
Setting required "Method statement" and performing "Risk assessment"for all works.
Ensuring the work has been completed as per the project specifications and latest version drawings.
Coordination of all works on site and raising any required RFI’s for the consultant in a timely manner.

Supervision of all Structure works on site (Reinforcement, Shuttering, Scaffolding, Pouring, Waterproofing system \{Primer coat/waterproof membrane-4mm /protection board-6mm/water stop\}).
Using couplers system (Mechanical splicing) in beams between foundations.
Ensure that all drawings information is accurate and clear before taking it to site.
