•Buying & selling foreign currencies from walk in customers on a regular basis and from other exchange houses or financial institutions whenever the situation demands.
•Handle cash in Dirhams currency. Monitors & balances the cash account based on the number of transactions made.
•Provide fast, excellent and error free remittance services to customers.
•Respect and adhere to the Anti-money Laundering rules, policy and procedures of the company whenever applicable
•Deal with all the customer's complaints and find suitable solutions for them, nor refer to the proper authority to handle their case.
•Perform other duties assigned from time to time by the superiors.
•Reviewing tax status of the company with respect to tax laws.
•Attending many tax inspections on behalf of the company such as corporate tax, salary tax, stamp tax and handling all tax related issues.
•Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
•Resolving company's problems with the tax authorities.
