• Responsible for implementing plans that will allow the company to mitigate unproductive factors and focus on the most important ones that will foster the business, keep customers’ affiliation inside the company’s door and attract new clients, which eventually will increase the profitability and achieve the organisation’s goals and objectives.
• Managing the inventory inputs and outputs effectively and ensures the absence of bullwhip effect.
• Launching marketing campaigns that targeting specific sector of customers, based on the analysis of their demographic behaviour. .

- Ensures that all methods are valid for use and following GMP and matching the quality requirements GLP
• Responsible for Creating new formulas for hand gel sanitize and certain detergents.

- Responsible for Perform validation of analytical methods & procedures & SOPs, Choosing the appropriate Equipment for establishing the lab, Contact the suppliers for validation and installation of the equipment.
• Traveling to INDIA for understanding the quality management system used at L’Oreal INDIA factory in PUNE.
• Traveling to France to perform analysis of the bulk products.
• Creating new test method that aim to decrease the consumption of raw material and give notable results in fewer time frames.
• Follow up on the quality management operations and evaluate the final results.

- Responsible for Analysis of finished products, raw materials, in process materials, stability samples, R&D samples. Having experience in dealing with HPLC, GC, UV- spectrophotometer, Particle counter, TOC and Particle Size analyzer. Perform validation of analytical methods & procedures. Analysis of Various dosage forms (Vials, ophthalmic eye drops, ophthalmic suspensions, Ampoules) at different stages (bulk, semi- finished and finished drug product if required). Preparation of volumetric solutions, other chemical reagents &Indicators.
• Participated in Analytical Method Validation of some products.
• Reporting deviations OOS results Lab variation results and any other required reports.

• Responsible for the Analysis of raw materials, finished products.
• Dealing with UV-spectrophotometer, IR- spectroscopy, X-ray spectroscopy. Preparation of volumetric solutions, chemical reagents & indicators
