As an Application Lead/ Senior Engineer, I am responsible for the following activities

• Doing impact analysis for the affected systems as data would be used across platform level.
• Preparing MLPD and DPAD for the new projects
• Interacting with multiple stakeholders for business queries in terms of introducing new operations at their end.
• SPOC for the Release management from application perspective.

• Understanding the requirement as given by the client and analyzing in the same lines to propose an optimal solution.

• Interacting with multiple stakeholders for business queries in terms of introducing new operations at their end.
• SPOC for the Release management from application perspective.

As a Support Analyst/Application Lead, I am responsible for the following activities:
• Analyzing and solving Help desk tickets/Current issues raise by Business.
• Proactive job monitoring
• Fixing the production failures
• Ensuring the defined SLA is met for all support related activities in all aspects
• Additional responsibilities include working on CBT, Mainframe DR testing, and Data Compliance activity so on.
• Analysis, Coding, Testing of new programs for Enhancement and modifying the existing programs as per the Change requirement.

As a part of scheduling team for the Giant Lloyds Banking Group, Our team will be taking care of all
the production moves pre checks so that there shouldn’t be any flaws.
