•Rectifying the operational errors using the Gap analysis tools and SOP procedures.

• Preparing the daily and monthly WIP reports of finished goods such as Nonwoven Spun bond
bags, seat covers, agricultural crop covers, clear gowns and core wraps.

•Daily internal Audits
on the materials used and the scraps produced.

•Analyzing the Profit and loss (P&L) every month, making the necessary changes in pricing and
ERP inventory.

•Generating the purchase orders (LPO & PO) to the vendors based on the materials consumption data.

• Follow up the Sale Orders (SO) and providing the Proforma Invoice (PI) to the customers.

•Polypropylene fabrics testing such as Runoff, Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic, Alcohol, sanitary
pads and hygiene testing.

• Following the test standards such as ENISO and EU ISO.
• Maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM) and client requirement database.

•Handled the inventory of machinery and MEP spares for Extrusion Section, water cooled Chiller,
screw compressors, AHU and other pneumatic systems.

•Handled the multi floor rack inventory of polypropylene raw materials from the suppliers such as Polypropylene granules, Meltblown polymers, colour additives, fillers, modifiers, paper core and stretch
films.

•Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.

•Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.

•Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.

•Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.

•Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
