Installation, Testing and commissioning of waste water treatment plants, Portable water system, irrigation system, Drainage system, lift stations, Storm Water drainage system. Provide technical advice and quality control for everyone working on site. Leveling and surveying a site. Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Review Materials and equipment to ensure that they are in accordance with specifications. Plan the work to do and organize schedules to meet deadlines. Resolve any technical or other problems that may crop up. Review shop drawings to ensure that they are in accordance with design and that they are coordinated.

° Organizing routine Maintenance and Services • Establishing Preventive maintenance schedules • Monitor the workshop activities. • Assign the Job to the Sections supervisors as per their ability • Technical clarification with workshops and Maintenance supervisors. • Following safety procedure daily and weekly bases • Involving with all technical activities through using Equipment and Spare Parts and Service Systems • Providing technical train and advise to the supervisors and foreman • Coordinate technically with workshop Supervisors and Technical team in his and other workshops in charge in order to fix the company equipment with minimum down time.

-Maintains proper workshop loading & co-ordination between groups & workshop zones.
-Controls the job flow inside workshop.
-Trains the Technicians about logical procedures for preventive maintenance.
-Ensures that customer’s vehicles are fixed right 1st time by implementing the set quality procedures.
-Ensures that repair estimates are reasonable.
-Ensures that repairs are carried out as per request within promised delivery time & estimated cost.
-Ensures chief technicians are following quality control policy & procedures & is fully responsible for total service quality.
-Ensures technicians are distributed in-groups as per skill requirements.
-Investigates about Job Stoppage Causes & takes action.
-Ensures the computerized & analysis reports are utilized for Follow-up with technician to ensure the delivery in promised time.
