Payroll Management:
 Responsible for entire payroll process for the organization (400+ Staffs).
 Preparing monthly OT
 Ensure accuracy in payroll computations, including salaries, benefits, and deductions.
Staff Welfare and Settlements:
 Visiting staff accommodation once a week for inspection.
 Prepare and manage final settlements, including leave settlements and other end-of-
employment processes.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
 Managing recruitment from initial sourcing to conducting interviews.
 Prepare and issue offer letters, manage visa processing, and coordinate travel
arrangements for new hires.
 Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new employees.
Employee Records and Administration:
 Maintain comprehensive and updated employee records and HR databases.
 Handle documentation related to staff contracts, handbooks, and HR policies.
 Coordinate with PRO for ID renewals, profession changes, and sponsorship status for
employees.
Budgeting and Reporting:
 Prepare monthly budgets related to HR expenditures and operational needs.
 Generate and analyze reports on attrition rates, staff count, overtime budgets, and
accommodation summaries for management review.
Agency Coordination:
 Collaborate with recruitment agencies for hiring needs
 Coordinate with insurance providers for staff and fleet insurance renewals.
