BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
 Providing technical direction and ensures development and technical ability and
competence in applicable codes, standards, and inspection methods/techniques in
various disciplines and non-destructive (NDT) methods.
 Performing inspections (such as welding and visual inspection, NDT, bolt and torque
tightening and coating inspections) on active construction projects, ensuring that all
materials and methods being used are to the required Standards and Specifications
as Third-Party Inspector (TPI).
 Overseeing of mechanical testing at the laboratory (Tensile, Hardness, Charpy
Impact and Bend Testing) and reviewing, interpreting, and evaluating test results.
 Preparing SOPs for NDT and mechanical tests in accordance with the latest
Standards and Specifications.
 Ensuring the NDT and lab equipment are calibrated and in good working conditions.
 Preparing WPS and PQR and qualification of welders (WQTs) for the Clients.
 Carrying out assessment of existing steel structures for strengthening and repair.
 Verifying documents, training employees and ensuring QMS plan being followed
during the external ISO audit.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Coordination and supervision of NDT inspections.
 Assist the Project team in preparing project documents and requirements.
 Preparations and submissions of regular and periodical reports.
 Inspection of boiler and tanks during shutdown.
 Checking for any probable cause of defect or failure in any of the existing structures.
 Supervise and coordinate with other sub-contractors to ensure that their work
schedules are structurally sound.
 Review design, drawings and prepare for any repair works.
