Supervising the ducting and chilled water piping works, making proper visit and co-ordination with
supervisors and foremen to maintain the quality of works.
Follow up of the installation works and allocation of workforce as per demand in the course of the project.
Material coordination and close interaction with consultants for preparation of material submittal for
approvals.
Making relevant Duct Calculations through drawings and calculating overall costs for the whole project.
Follow up with the Purchase department for releasing the LPO and follow the supplier for the quick delivery.
Submission of weekly report to planning regarding manpower and work progress.
Co-ordination with the consultant regarding the inspection.
De-snagging of HVAC comments which are given by the consultant.
Preparation of shop drawings.
Attending the site meetings with the Project Manager for progress work.
Site supervision and commissioning for the whole project.
Working on Heat Load Calculations (Manual method, Excel format, HAP Software)
Equipment Selection (AHU, Indoor and Outdoor equipment selection)
Duct Designing (Velocity reduction method & Constant friction method)
Chilled water piping (Open piping and Closed piping system)
Ventilation and Exhaust systems (Toilet, Kitchen, Parking area)
Revit MEP
Selection of Chillers, AHU’S, FCU’S, Exhaust Fan, Blower, Window Ac, Cooling Tower and
