- Develop high quality practical and appropriate credit solutions (i.e. Lending structures) for the group subsidiaries such as Financial/Bank Guarantee (FG/BG).
- Review financing proposals received from the lenders and evaluate terms and conditions, make amendments as per the commercial consideration agreed in the term sheet.
-Liaise with external auditors to ensure that financial results are reported on time
- Liaise with external and internal legal counsels and ensure timely execution of the facility documentation.
- Participate and lead negotiations with lenders for bid improvements.
- Lead compliance of all major Conditions Precedent in the loan documentation to achieve timely completion of the financial closure and draw-down.
- Ensure full compliance to KYC policy through completing the forms upon requested from the banks.
- Negotiating with the banks to restructure/extend the dues and/or obtaining new specific facilities.
- Handling the non-cash facilities issues (i.e. L/C’s and L/G’s) in order to use the granted lines efficiently upon requested from all the subsidiaries companies in the group, these includes preparing its reports.

•Spread and analyze the financial statements & prepare reports with projected scenarios for prequalification stage in biding. (i.e. Financial statements figures, Ratio analysis, completion percentages)
•Coordinate the entire Group authorized signatures structure through the constitutional documents for each company.
•Responsible of handling and reviewing all trade finance issues (i.e. L/C’s and L/G’s), These include reviewing the text and handling day to day transactions through the granted lines in different Banks.
