• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal
digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
• Responsible of the Enterprise Antivirus (Kaspersky)
• Taking the responsibility of the IP Phones Call Manager (Mitel)
• Responsible of all tasks of the Mitel tasks (backups, maintain users, add/remove users,
troubleshooting any issue happens, etc.)
• Responsible of the Call Center Tasks (Reporting, Monitoring, Recording system)

•Planning, troubleshooting, network maintenance, performance analysis, and report generation.
•Planning and implementing systems upgrades, hardware, software, OS, and application.
•Develop and implement network back-up and recovery plans to maintain a reliable network operating system
•Experience in configuring, building and maintaining Windows 2003/2008 Server (Standard, Advanced & Enterprise Server Edition) environment
•Administer the AD, FTP, DNS, DHCP, SSL, WINS services
•Supporting the Enterprise email system (+ 300 users) consisting of Exchange 2003 / 2010
•Experience in configuring, building and maintaining Exchange Server 2003/2010 (Mailbox, CAS, Load Balance)
•Exchange database maintenance
•Support of all Exchange MAPI clients and ability to troubleshoot client performance and connectivity issue at the LAN and Network levels
•Support and troubleshoot mail routing and transport
•Support and planning of migrations from prior versions of Exchange or other platforms to current version of Exchange (2003 to 2010)
•Managing all aspects of Exchange backup infrastructure, including full and partial mail box restores, while interacting with customers in a professional manner.
•Ability to work with ISA 2004 standard and enterprise versions.
•Work with ISA arrays and make provide replication for maintaining the ISA environment.
•The ability to apply NLB technology.
•Support and planning of migrations from prior versions of Exchange or other platforms to current version of ISA (2003 to 2010)
•Experience in Windows workstation and server Patch Management using WSUS solution.
•Experience in building Virtual Servers using VMware (ESXi) and appropriately size and configure for optimal use
•Develop disaster recovery solutions for all Windows based services & servers
•To undertake any other administrative duties, or training and development, appropriate to the grade of the post as required by the Research & Enterprise Services Director

Deliver the network site (Turn‐key), calculating a BoM
for a network site and managing the work happening in the site,
sending a weekly report (or daily as required) of the status for the site,
handling all the communication with the customer.

Studying offers from other companies, try to make network
solutions (if required), follow up the proceeding work whether Passive
Installation (SIGNAMAX Cables, Patch Panels, Racks, Testing Cables using
FLUKE) or Active Installation (Configuring Routers and Switches)

Teaching VoIP, GSM, GPRS, CDMA and UMTS (depending on the company standard), collecting materials to help increasing knowledge, making presentations representing content of the course.
