- Available on time in the S/R to serve the customer with official unform and be clean and tide up .
- Do all the required reporting and recording.
- Apply HPDP sale process as follow:
▪ Preparation and planning.
▪ Meet and greet.
▪ Qualification
▪ Presentation (static & Demo).
▪ Negotiation.
▪ Handling the objection.
▪ Closing.
▪ Delivery and follow up.
- Contact exist customers from database and follows up with new prospect (visitors & web inquiries) on daily bases.
- Enter the Prospect data and all the data required in the system completely and accurately.
- Handle all the telephone inquiries coming to the S/R.
- Accomplish the targets set every month with the KPI.
- Keep the SSI rate high and record the forms required for that.

- Gain and understand of good knowledge of the vehicles features and competition systems .
- Identifying and meeting customer needs to ensure customers are satisfied by providing efficient service through Guest First mindset and performing essential obligations as per the contract of employment.

- Coordinates with the Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor in arranging field visitations to customers to generate revenue as per the required performance of essential obligations to ensure customers satisfaction and retention.
