- Training the Development on how to design the implementation process and any diagram needed for the Quality Control Department or the customers.
- Understanding the IEEE and SAP standards that should be applied on any type of document.

- Supporting the technical support team with understanding log files, reproducing the errors and the problems reported by clients and providing reproduction and simulating report to the development and support team.
