Professional experience with 19 years’ experience in managing small and large scale projects on Middle East. For landscape activities construction, maintenance, and design works.

• High experienced for the palm trees care (SOS Palm, Pheromone traps strategies and injection).
Performs and supervises engineering work related landscape and horticultural works-plant, cultivate, maintain, plan and construct parks, gardens, landscapes, inspect, diagnose, treat trees and shrubs.
• Supervision agricultural products including plants, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation materials, tools, machines, green house material, etc.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the operations of nurseries and greenhouses.
• Maintain all documents and reports in a professional manner and present it to the line manager as and when required.
• Preparation of day-to-day progressive report of the project.
• Organize the production of landscape drawings, reports, and presentations for client approval.
• Establish the environmental conditions required to grow trees, shrubs, flowers and plants, and design planting and care schedules accordingly.
• Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying stock.
• Identify and control insect, disease and weed problems.
• Provide information to customers on gardening and on the care of trees, shrubs, flowers, plants, and lawns.
• Order materials such as fertilizer, garden and lawn care equipment, and other nursery and greenhouse related accessories.
• Hire and manage staff, oversee training, and set work schedules.
• Maintain records on stock, finances, and personnel.
• Preparing and maintaining seedbeds and growing sites.
• Propagating and planting trees, bushes, hedges, flowers, and bulbs
• Preparing lawn areas by spreading topsoil and planting grass, and by laying instant turf
• Maintaining planted and grassed areas by weeding, trimming, fertilizing, Irrigation, and mowing
• Pruning trees and hedges, and installing plant support and protection devices
• Preparing plans and drawings, selecting materials and plants, and scheduling landscape construction.
• Preparing and maintaining seedbeds and growing sites.
• Setting out and installing hardscape and soft-scape structures.
• Constructing gravel and paved areas, walls, fences, pergolas, ponds, barbecues, and garden furniture.
• Examining trees to assess their condition and determine treatment.
• Lopping limbs off trees and shaping branches using chain and handsaws.
• Spraying and dusting plants and trees to control insects and disease and felling diseased trees.
