C. Keeping records of submittals of both drawings and materials introduced from different categories or disciplines such as architectural, civil, electrical and mechanical with revisions.
D. Making and maintaining proper files for documentation. Tracing of documents as and when required by the Superiors.
E. Follow up with consultants in order to get approval for the submissions.
Administrator:
A. Performed as a liaison between the site employees and the management.
B. Meet and provide the employees’ requirements including Iqama renewal, contractual vacation, medical and insurance, various claims and encashment, transportation and accommodation.
C. Preparation and submittal of periodic reports including reports for the preparation of payroll, reports for the decision making of the management on the manpower strength and flow.
Procurement:
A. Initiating the purchase of construction site supplies upon the requirements of the project management, follow up the delivery of supplies, collect the invoice and prepare payment certificates to forward Accounts department.
B. Maintain the records and summary of payment certificates of both suppliers and sub-contractors in order to provide the payment status.
C. Follow up the payment of suppliers and sub-contractors with accounts department
A. Conduct training sessions and presentations for the students
and professionals as part of software training by preparing
relevant study materials and notes.
B. Conduct awareness sessions and presentations for the public
about the importance and necessity of computer literacy, as a
part of business promotion and development.
